TECC Dispatch Center
Established in 2021, the Texas Emergency Communications Center (TECC) is the 9-1-1 fire dispatch facility for six agencies in North Harris County. TECC dispatches for Champions ESD 29, Klein, Cypress Creek, Ponderosa, Spring, and Jersey Village Fire Departments.
Greater Harris County 9-1-1 Emergency Network
TECC serves as a Secondary PSAP in the Greater Harris County 9-1-1 Emergency Network. Established in 1983, GHC911 is responsible for administering the 9-1-1 emergency communications and technology infrastructure for Harris and Fort Bend Counties.
International Academies of Emergency Dispatch ACE
TECC is an Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE) with the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch.
